Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2, 2026
1. Who we are and scope
The Kings Life website (the “Site”) is operated by the Live Like a King organization (“we,” “us,” or the “Organization”). This policy covers the Site, contact and guide-download forms, and related communications. Privacy questions may be sent to hello@kingslife.org.
2. Information we collect
- Information you submit: name, email address, phone number, message, language, and your email-marketing choice.
- Technical and security data: IP address, browser type, page URL, timestamps, and error or login-attempt logs when needed to operate, secure, and protect the Site.
- Site-usage data: only after consent, Microsoft Clarity may collect interaction and session-recording data, and Meta may receive page-view, conversion, and online-identifier data.
- Campaign parameters such as UTM values, fbclid, gclid, or msclkid are retained for the browsing session and passed to relevant links only after marketing consent.
3. How we use information
- To deliver a requested guide, respond to messages, and provide support.
- To maintain our mailing list and send updates only if you expressly opt in; you may unsubscribe at any time.
- To operate and secure the Site, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and maintain administrative logs.
- Subject to separate cookie consent, to understand Site use and measure campaign effectiveness.
- To meet legal obligations and protect the Organization, visitors, and others.
4. Legal grounds and your choice
We process information to provide services you request, with consent where required, for legitimate operational and security interests, and to comply with law. You are not legally required to submit a form, but we cannot process a request without required fields. Email-marketing consent and cookie consent are separate, optional choices and are not required to access the Site or receive the guide.
5. Service providers and disclosures
We use providers acting for us or providing their own services, including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for databases and administrator authentication, Resend for email delivery, Microsoft Clarity for usage analytics, and Meta for measurement and advertising—the latter two only according to your cookie choice. Donations take place on external services such as Nedarim or CauseMatch and are governed by their policies. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information.
6. International transfers and retention
Some providers process information outside Israel. Where applicable, we use reasonable safeguards and appropriate contractual arrangements. We keep information only as long as needed for the stated purposes, requests, security, consent records, and legal duties, then delete or anonymize it. Mailing-list information remains until unsubscribe or it is no longer needed, subject to limited suppression records needed to honor an opt-out.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses essential cookies or local storage for accessibility preferences, consent choices, security, and administration. Analytics and marketing tools do not load before “Accept all” is selected. You may select “Essential only” and continue using the Site, and may change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. See the Cookie Policy for details.
8. Your rights and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal information we hold, correction of inaccurate data, deletion or restriction, object to certain uses, withdraw consent, and receive information about processing. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Email hello@kingslife.org; we may request reasonable identity verification. If EU or UK law applies, additional rights and a right to complain to your local supervisory authority may be available.
9. Security, minors, and external links
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Please do not submit intimate, medical, or third-party information that is unnecessary for your request. Minors should not submit information without parent or guardian involvement as required by applicable law. External sites linked from the Site maintain their own privacy practices.
10. Changes and contact
We will update this policy as services or requirements change and will show the revision date above. Privacy questions and requests: hello@kingslife.org.
